		<description>Ah, I remember back when I had an accident there, late in 1987 I think. I was on my way to a band concert in which I was playing the saxaphone. My girlfriend was in the car, I was coming up the hill, and a lady who lived in Washington pulled out in front of me. We were all ok. When I asked her why she pulled out in front of me, she responded, &quot;Didn&#039;t you have a light?&quot;, meaning &quot;shouldn&#039;t I have stopped for the red&quot;, haha!

We&#039;d been told that if we were late for the concert, do not show up at all. One of the local officers came in and explained why I was tardy for the warm-up. It didn&#039;t spare me the dirty looks, but hey, it was fun!</description>
